Project pre-review/business liaison
After submitting the project conditions, we will organize and start the project according to the needs of decoration, restoration or dual projects.

The core of the lease return and restoration is not to demolish it quickly, but to hand over the building according to the lease, restoration letter and management office standards. We start by writing the definition of the original condition, appointing the contractor, night work, waste disposal and joint acceptance into the list.
Circle the restoration obligations of partitions, ceilings, floors, mechanical and electrical, fire protection, access control and furniture, and distinguish the responsibilities of tenants, owners and management offices.
Make an early warning list of items that may affect the deposit, and confirm whether you need to appoint a contractor before quoting.
Keep construction records, cleaning records, acceptance photos and management office confirmations to reduce disputes over building handover.
