How early should we plan reinstatement?

We recommend starting three to six months before lease expiry: obtain the reinstatement letter from your landlord, check the building's BMO requirements and nominated contractors, then work backwards through strip-out, MEP reinstatement, fire-services restoration and the handover inspection to avoid a withheld deposit.
